 Wayne Neal, Sensei Sandan (3rd Degree) Sensei Neal has trained in the arts of Kindai Ryu Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Goshin Budo, Iaido, and Karate. Sensei Neal also currently serves as a Defensive Tactics Instructor for Tidewater Regional Law Enforcement Training Academy and the Portsmouth Sheriff's Department. |
